Introduction to Tennis for Adults 

Program Overview

This beginner-friendly tennis program is designed for adults with little to no prior experience. The goal is to introduce the fundamentals of tennis in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment while helping participants build confidence on the court.

Through structured lessons, players will learn essential skills such as proper grip, footwork, stroke mechanics, and rally techniques. The program also covers basic strategies for singles and doubles play, scoring, and court etiquette. Sessions will include a mix of instruction, drills, and friendly match play to ensure players develop both technical skills and a love for the game.

 

The program is ideal for adults looking to improve their fitness, develop hand-eye coordination, and meet other players in a relaxed and social setting.

📅 Flexible Schedule:

  • Wednesday, Saturday: 1 hour each
  • Thursday: 1.5 hour
